Q: I cannot see any delivery methods.
A: You need to fill in the mandatory fills marked with *, especially address and the delivery methods will show up on the right side. You can choose delivery date at the bottom of the page.

Q: I want to change delivery method/pickup location.
A: Please drop us an email at [email protected] or contact us via our contact form. Please be informed that not all requests will be accepted.

Q: When will my mooncakes be delivered?
A: It will be delivered within 11am to 7pm of the specified date during checkout.

Q: Can I change my snowskin orders?
A: Orders once paid is not refundable or exchangeable.

Q: Can I pay by credit cards on your website?
A: Yes we accept credit card payments. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB.

Q: Can I place an order on your website but collect my order at your outlets?
A: You can only collect from our Chinatown, Alexandra Village or Aljunied HQ.

Q: What is the shelf life of your mooncakes?
A: As our mooncakes are freshly baked without adding any preservatives, it is best to consume our mooncakes within a week if not refrigerated and about 2 to 3 weeks if refrigerated.

Many elements actually affect the shelf life, e.g. if it has been raining a lot or if you keep it in a very hot kitchen etc., all these will affect the shelf life of our mooncakes.

Q: Is your mooncakes halal?
A: No, our mooncakes are not halal.
